I'M HERE AGAIN!!!
What I was doing? Well, lots of stuff mixed with nothing. But less talk and more show, let's see,,,
(List of potions and ingredients)
(List of potions and ingredients with 2 ingredients version)
As I shown in the pictures it's a small part of game design I was developing this weeks. I met with my friends too for a team chat to grow the game design.
Then I started to model some test stuff, nothing really serious.
But when we talk about SHIMAPAN the thing starts being really serious.
(And that's how I spend like one hour making the best Shimapan Sculpture of the universe)
(Over 9000 poly~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~)
And after making all that weird stuff, I made uvs and then,,,
Nothing, just that.
Why? Idk, I'm always hungry of good work and computer things but,,, it's hard to believe in what are you doing.
But when I'm not creating 3D I don't stop there, I try to fill the voids with other artistic things,,, games,,, friends. And that's what I did.
I hadn't painted for years, and was awesome, not because it was well done ('Cause is bad painted), was awesome because time moved forward like in a time machine.
Some days later I traveled to Madrid again, to see my old mates and awesome friends from there.
(Me testing for the first time the oculus touch controllers, playing like noobs DDR in an amazing arcade pub with the incredible Néstor Viña, laughing in the office talking about videos and Los Ángeles)
For my surprise Néstor gave me a book he took to Los Ángeles and,,,
Wow! I was in! With all the amazing team of OVAL and part of my work and the good stuff that my mates made real. (You can try the game if you have HTC here)
Oh! I forgot one of the most important things about this travel to Madrid:
(The first figure in years, and the only figure of Kujibiki Unbalance I've seen in Spain, and in my life)
But the Madrid dream ended very fast, and I had to say goodbye very soon to my good friends Néstor, Noelia, Borja and Victor.
Back in Valencia, eve of "Fallas", Borja asked for help with a flying ship, and of course, I said yes. And some days later and some Uv's after (3 to be exact) came the texture:
Borja works really hard! He is always working on some new things and is always a pleasure seeing what he is working. You can take a look to his Instagram here: Borja's Instagram.
He is helping me with the fountain's water from the "Halloween Town VR" project and talks lots of times with me about anime and figures. I love that guy! <3
After that, the Fallas were here, and working in Fallas is an impossible thing, not for the party, because I don't like to go out for drink and dance to loud music, I don't know really why but it's hard. So I waited to the end of the Fallas.
And then, something magic happened
(Akaoni studio is now Following you)
Akaoni studio was following me? Why! WHY! I bought my Wii console only for the game they made, I'm 3D artist because they did one of the best games in the Wii history in my city, in my country, and they were the number one in the Japanese list of wii videogames, that was a dream for me, that was my dream, succeeding in Japan, WITH A GAME! IN MY CITY! That was the biggest thing I heard in my whole life! In that year I was like supermegaANIMEfreak, and for a nonconformist boy like me, that was like a sign of the gods.
So, as a good fanboy, I said hello as a fanboy,,,
Me: Thanks for the follow! I'm very Fan! 3D Artist thanks to you!
Akaoni: I've seen that you do cool things and I want to stay tuned :D
(OMG he is using emojis too~)
Me: Lots of thanks! I'd love to meet you! I'm from valencia too! I follow you from an interview in Buzz xD
(Buzz was a very old channel about only japanese series, movies, news from japanese related things and anime that doesn't exists now)
Akaoni: In September we start a new project. See you then?
Me: Really? That would be awesome! I'm going to point that everywhere right now ;) A big hug!
(I was collapsed)
Feels:
Now is time to wait for September, and working really really hard!
(And keep walking!)
But that was not the end, look look, this is what I did today, I'm trying to create a good generator for a 3D comic style texture in Substance Painter:
(Marmoset 3 real time render, I need to fix the opacity of the potion but is just a matter of time)
